Purpose: a personal portfolio for informational and professional use. Nothing is sold on this site and there is no online contracting.
2. Personal data protection
Personal data is handled under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and, in Spain, Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
Browsing this site does not create any personal data record on my side. The only ways to send me data are the “Got a project?” form, or writing to me by email or LinkedIn.
If you use the form, I process your name, email and message solely to reply and to consider a collaboration. The legal basis is your consent and my legitimate interest in answering your enquiry. I keep messages for as long as the conversation lasts and any period needed to address possible liabilities.
Two providers take part in sending the form and protecting it from bots: Cloudflare (hosting and Turnstile verification) and Resend (email delivery). They act as processors and may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards of their terms.
3. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to aymanessamadi72@gmail.com.
If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
4. Cookies and storage
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. To know how many people visit it I use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures visits, pages and countries without cookies and without identifying anyone.
Only one technical cookie, “lang”, is stored when you switch language by hand, to remember your choice. It identifies nobody and is necessary for the site to behave as you expect, so it needs no consent.
5. Intellectual property and licences
The text, design and code of this site are my own work and are protected by Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996 (Intellectual Property Act). You may quote or link to them freely; reproducing them substantially or commercially requires prior written permission.
Each project shown is published under its own licence, stated in its repository.
Projects carried out in a professional context belong to their companies. Only my involvement is described here; no code or confidential material is published.
Third-party resources: technology logos from Devicon (MIT licence) and Simple Icons (CC0), which belong to their respective owners; the Plus Jakarta Sans and JetBrains Mono typefaces (SIL Open Font License 1.1), Three.js (MIT), GSAP (GreenSock Standard No Charge licence) and Lenis (MIT).

The content is provided for information purposes. I aim to keep it accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee it is free of errors.
The site links to external pages (LinkedIn, GitHub and project demos) whose content and privacy policies I am not responsible for.
Using this site for unlawful purposes or attempting to damage its operation is not permitted.
7. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be settled by the courts designated under the applicable regulations.
